Product Return Request Form

• Email or Fax the completed form to your Inside Sales Rep.


• To insure you receive an accurate and expedited credit or replacement part, please fill in all necessary information below.


• Inside Sales will email or fax the RA back; you must include a copy of the RA when returning product to AES.


• Returns will NOT be accepted if it’s a special order item, non-stock item; item is not in original packaging, original packaging is written on, or if it is not in new condition.


• Any item purchased over 90 days ago will be decided by AES Management.


• Returned products are subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee.


• Units and Barbecues require Management Approval to be returned and are subject to a $125 restock fee per unit.
